At Heray Spice, we take pride in the quality of our hand-harvested spices and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused spices in their original glass jars and packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
